The ultrasonic open channel flow meter is one of the instrumentation workhorses for measuring open channel flows in general, and flumes in specific. Ultrasonic sensors generate pulses of sound from the face of the sensor. They then measure the time for an echo to return – compensating for the variations of the speed of sound with temperature. The basic parameters are listed below:
- Flow range: 0 to 100m3/h
- Flow accuracy: 3%
- Level accuracy: 0.25%
- 4-20mA output, RS485
- 4-way relay output
Please check Ultrasonic Open Channel Flow Meter for more information.
